Since our early days, we've been trying to figure out how to best live our lives. Finding our way is a challenge.
Figuring out the rules of the game is a trial—at home, at school, and later at work.
Nobody makes it clear what is really expected; few are willing to explain. We try to survive and learn to sense the reactions of others to see what we must do.

6. Journal daily: Track your thoughts and growth.
