… and start empowering yourself by telling the story of the life you want to live.

Our self-talk is the most important conversation we have day-in, day-out.

We talk to ourselves 24 hours a day …

Our self-talk is not just an internal dialogue … it’s a mirror reflecting our deepest beliefs and fears acquired while living our life.

Negative self-talk can trap us in a cycle of self-doubt and limitations.

Conversely, positive self-talk can be a catalyst for growth, motivating us to pursue our goals with confidence and resilience.

We run on autopilot unless we take charge and change our conscious instructions to our subconscious.

Indeed, we can reprogram ourselves and change our brain’s wiring … it is our choice.

Self-talk is not just about the affirmations we repeat [with belief], but about cultivating a genuinely supportive and encouraging internal voice that guides us through uncertainty and change in our personal and professional lives.

Start using self-talk as the powerful tool to build a mindset that embraces challenges, celebrates progress, and acknowledges our inherent value and capabilities.

• “I am in perfect health and full of energy!” I say this many times during the day and it supports me in being energetic.

• “I am an outstanding writer!” is another personal example, which assists me in honoring my writing commitments.

• The image “I AM” to this post is an invitation for you to pause, reflect and start writing down how you like to see yourself as of now.

• Try it out, start with a simple, straightforward statement and observe the difference in yourself.

• What you tell yourself, becomes your reality.

• Create and tell yourself the story of the life you want to live.

• Don’t give up, don’t be impatient. Be resilient. Self-talk does work.
