We are all flawed and live in a flawed society. Embracing our own imperfections and those of others, we realize we can create exactly what we envision together.

• We are all born perfect.
• Then, as children, we learn by modelling the behaviors around us.
• We are master mimics, become flawed, and need to navigate the complexities of growing up.
• During most of our lives, we try to define who we really are and how to best live.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞
• Anxiety takes hold of us when we think too much about future uncertainties.
• We often believe that we are not good enough.
𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• We pursue being ‘good’ and strive for perfection as we hate being criticized.
• However, this drive can lead to overlooking our strengths and unique qualities.
𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
• In our desire to be perfect, we isolate ourselves.
• We often wear masks, and we tell ourselves untrue stories.
• Our perfectionism can lead to burnout and a diminished sense of accomplishment, despite successes.

• Wake up … Recognize and embrace your imperfections.
• Be more genuine, relatable, compassionate.
• Accept your flaws, open the door to learning, growth, and deeper connections.
