The quality of our personal and organizational lives is determined by what we want, our plans, our actions, and how we execute these.


While we know that intentions set the direction, we often believe that – only – the actions will propel us forward, turning our aspirations into reality.


That is not true. Actions alone will not make the difference. It is execution which makes it all happen.


We know that execution is one of leadership’s greatest challenges.


In addition, the quality of execution is a self- and organizational leadership issue.


Instructing plans to be executed is not good enough. I discovered that … you know that as well.


This brings us – once more – to the importance of aligning the 'Whys' on all levels.


The 'Why' contains the drive, the desire, the emotion.
