You know what you want … you visualize it … your self-talk guides you … your action is then your Best Next Step.



How can we believe ourselves more … better?


Is it just a matter of positive thinking followed by great self-talk?


No, it is not!


Taking action is the key … 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩.


Only pro-active action - decided upon by yourself - will take you forward to there where you want to be.


This sounds so simple and straight-forward.


Why is it then that so often we do not honor what we say we would?


Let’s recognize that this fact exists and see to it that - from here onwards - we do our utmost to change our behavior and redefine ourselves today as “action-takers” as well.


At the same time, we should always be cognizant that we are on our own journey of learning and growing.


Let’s learn every single day from the mistakes we make, from what we realize we did not do …


The key is to acknowledge it, learn from it, and commit to doing better moving forward.


Let’s redefine ourselves today not just as 'action-takers' but as well as 'resilient learners' who evolve with each step we take.


We need to commit ourselves to our own plans … execute them … and create the life we want.


𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• At day’s end, review your day. 

• Check if you did what you set out to do.

• Write down your reflections.

• Define your Best Next Step for tomorrow.

• Act and make today better than yesterday and tomorrow better than today.

• When you share your commitments with others, you discover that there are people who like to support you by reminding you to deliver on what you said you would.

• Ask for support … ask for collaboration … and you enrich your journey.
